Expo and Calling Competition
Sponsorship Information

• 2 Sponsors will share head billing as main sponsors.
• Sponsors will have names/ logos printed on attendee Tickets (as room allows)
• Sponsors Will have names/ and or logo’s printed on all promotional printed material.
• Sponsors will have names/logos and websites listed on Expos Official website as main co-sponsors.
• Sponsors will have names listed in magazine articles, ads, flyers and names mentioned in interviews (radio, TV, Newspapers)
• Sponsors will be given at no charge 2- 10’x10’ booth spaces each.
• Sponsor will be given 2 spaces in the New Product Section, to use for the promotion of new or current items.
• Sponsors will be given 1 room each for 4 nights at the Sheraton located next to the Expo.
• Sponsor will have name listed on the sponsor board displayed at entrance of the Expo Hall.
• Sponsors will be given each a ½ page ad in the Expo program.
• Sponsors logo will be applied (in decal form) to the official truck of the World Predator & Hunting Expo. This truck will travel around the country for the promotion of the Expo and it's Sponsors.
  

• Sponsors name will be listed in articles, advertising, ads, and all printed material.
• Sponsors name and Logo will be listed in the Expo’s Program as Associate Sponsor.
• Sponsor will have name/logo and website listed on the official Expo’s website.
• Sponsor will be given 1 space in the New Product Section, to use for the promotion of new or current items.
• Sponsor will have name listed on the sponsor board displayed at entrance of the Expo Hall.
• Sponsor’s name and/or products will be announced on the PA system during the 3 day Expo.
• Sponsor will be given 1 10’x10’ booth spaces at No Charge.
• Sponsors logo will be applied (in decal form) to the official truck of the World Predator & Hunting Expo. This truck will travel around the country for the promotion of the Expo and it's Sponsors.
  

• Sponsor will have name/Logo and website listed on the official Expo‘s website.
• Sponsor will have name listed on the sponsor board, displayed at the entrance of the Expo Hall.
• Sponsor will have name listed in the Expo’s program as a supporter.

• Sponsor will donate product/s to be given away to attendees as door prizes.
• Sponsors name and donated prize will be listed in the program and announced over the PA system.
• Sponsor will have name listed as a product sponsor in the Expo Program.

• Banners (supplied by sponsor) of each sponsor will be displayed on stage, before during and after the competition.
• All media pictures, Photo shoots, Promotional shots will be taken on stage in front of the banners of the sponsors. (The World Predator Calling Competition retains all rights to any photos, pictures, video tape, or editorial copy taken during the competition)! Unless authorized by the WPCC.
• Sponsors will have Exclusive Rights of video footage, pictures, or any media exposure, upon approval from the World Predator Calling Competition.
• Sponsors names/or logo’s will be posted with the winners and placer of the competition on the official Expo website.
• Video tape footage of the entire Competition will be shot, by the WPCC, for their use and the WPCC’s sponsor’s use.
  
• Sponsor will have name & logo listed in Expo Brochure.

• There is no charge for spectators at this competition.
• This will be one of the richest calling competitions in the Nation! With as much as a $30,000.00 cash purse,
  Callers from around the country will be vying for World Champion status.
• The competition will be held in a 3,000 Sq. foot room, with plenty of seating, for people to watch.
• There will be 4 categories for callers to compete in.
